Spamming members on this site is strictly prohibited and will get you banned. You are also not permitted to message members in an attempt to draw attention to a product that you're selling. You are not permitted to message members in an attempt to sell any product that is the result of your talent. (As an example... a painter is not allowed to message members in an attempt to get them to purchase their paintings.) You are not permitted to message members in an attempt to get them to visit an outside web site. Any use of the internal messaging system that we consider to be abuse or misuse will get your account suspended until you either explain yourself to this site, or until we remove your account and permanently ban you.

Okay so this part isn't rocket science. Don't abuse the site. Plain and simple. We're not going to get into a long rant about the do's and don'ts but we are going to list a few of the obvious things that will get you banned. If your video is flagged as possibly containing inappropriate content we will screen the video and decide what course of action to take. If we determine that your video is inappropriate for this site it will be removed. Remember, don't try to "slide" anything unacceptable into the site without our knowledge and on purpose because if it's blatantly obvious that you've tried to "pull a fast one" then we'll ban you faster than you can say "sorry". If you've posted any unacceptable content or messages on this site then you either did not read our Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines or you just don't care and you will be banned. Remember, by creating your account on this site you signified that you have both read and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines and we have every intention of holding you to, and enforcing, that agreement.

You must also keep in mind that you won't like everything you come across or watch on the site. There is no product promotion allowed on this web site unless it is a direct result of your Talent. Once you sign up and become a member be sure to send your link to family and friends and ask them to email it to everyone on their list, and so on. Now go out and get famous!

Part of what makes a site great is the ability to provide feedback whether it's positive or negative. So when you see something you like from another member then by all means let them know it. You can rate their videos, leave comments, or even make suggestions. You can also provide negative comments as well, just make sure to keep them constructive in nature. Don't verbally attack members using crude or unacceptable language. The trick is to provide constructive criticism without attacking ones character or their choice of personal expression. You can do this simply by providing them with a low rating on their video or by offering some constructive comments.

This one falls under the common sense category. There is no profanity allowed on this site at any time. You are also not permitted to use language that is sexual or suggestive in nature. To be simple, keep it positive and clean. If we receive complaints about you that turn out to be true then we may either suspend your membership or ban you altogether.
